Josh Levine is a growth executive with 30+ years leading revenue, partnerships, and go-to-market strategy across technology, eCommerce, and enterprise. He has built engines that consistently deliver - from $720M in Amazon sales at Color More Lines, to nine-figure cloud partnerships at DXC, to market launches at Microsoft and Disney.
As Co-Founder and CRO of Color More Lines, Josh scaled a 50-person Amazon growth agency, driving $720M in client revenue and helping 18 brands reach $100K/month in under a year. The firm’s white-glove, performance-based model achieved a 4.3-year average client tenure and an NPS of 88, leading to a successful merger in 2025.
Today, Josh is Managing Partner at Growth Avenue, advising CEOs on channel-market fit, capital strategy, and operational scale. He serves on five advisory boards across technology, entertainment, manufacturing, gaming, and travel, translating leadership ambition into predictable ARR and enterprise value.
Previously, Josh built alliances at DXC, Service Mesh, and Firescope, led growth initiatives at Microsoft and Disney, and began in the West Wing under Press Secretary Dee Dee Myers. He holds an MBA from UC Irvine and a BA with honors from UC Santa Cruz. An Eagle Scout and lifelong builder, he’s passionate about travel, real estate and bonsai.

Alex Wagner brings 20+ years of public sector leadership to Growth Avenue, including service as Assistant Secretary of the Air Force, where he oversaw personnel and readiness strategy for nearly 700,000 Airmen and Guardians. He also served as Chief of Staff to the Secretary of the Army and held senior roles in the Office of the Secretary of Defense, where he briefed Congress, advised the White House, and managed multibillion-dollar national security portfolios.
In the private sector, Alex was VP of Strategic Initiatives at the Aerospace Industries Association, leading workforce innovation and public-private partnerships across the defense industry. He has served on nonprofit boards and advised organizations at the intersection of technology, policy, and social impact.
At Growth Avenue, he helps growth-stage companies enter regulated markets, secure government contracts, and scale public-private initiatives. He’s known for combining Pentagon-level strategy with a founder’s urgency, translating complex policy into actionable growth paths for CEOs.
Alex began his career as a lawyer and policy analyst in international law and institutional reform. He holds a J.D. from Georgetown and a B.A. with honors from Brown. A frequent speaker on leadership and public service, he is passionate about mentoring future leaders and bridging government and private enterprise.

For over 30 years, Mike’s career has focused on providing domestic and international companies with strategic guidance across business, marketing, and operations - drawing on his deep expertise in finance, marketing, and technology. He has a long history of increasing revenue, improving capacity utilization, and driving efficiencies for companies seeking greater profitability and market success.
Mike has served as an executive and partner at both professional service firms and Fortune 5000 companies. He’s been a principal executive on five M&A engagements and four start-ups, and led fourfold revenue growth at Digitas and KPMG.
Organizations he’s worked with include KPMG, Rosetta Marketing, Intel, CA Technologies, Autodesk, Comcast, Williams-Sonoma, Pottery Barn, Nestle, Google Express, Cisco, Panasonic, Lenovo, Internet2, Verizon Wireless, BCBS, CVBT, Microsoft, Universal McCann, and Digitas.
He holds a B.S.E.E. and M.S. from the University of Illinois Urbana, an M.B.A. from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, and an executive certificate from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley. A seasoned advisor and operator at heart, Mike brings a steady hand and a results-driven perspective to every engagement.

Mackie brings a rare mix of creative intuition and strategic precision to her role at Growth Avenue. With a background in performance theatre and a degree in Electronic Media Communications, she’s spent the past decade turning ideas into stories that connect, convert, and endure.
She began her career designing, directing, and leading visual teams before moving into the strategy behind brand behavior. That shift evolved into a passion for marketing strategy, where she blends data and design to craft bold, holistic campaigns.
At Growth Avenue, Mackie leads brand strategy, creative direction, and marketing partnerships. Her leadership style is collaborative and values-driven, built on clear communication, trust, and creating space for empowered, inspired teams.
A Gold MarCom and Silver Muse Creative Award winner, Mackie’s work has been recognized for its strength in branding, illustration, and packaging design.
